Welcome 

Crimson Bodywork & Wellness is professional integrative Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork and educational resources. I am passionate about integrative health and wellness having myself overcome some health challenges that I was told were not possible.  I am always learning and researching to promote, preserve, and restore individual well-being.

 

My education and experience includes:

  • ​Graduate of Boulder College of Massage Therapy - 1000+ hours of training 

  • Licensed Massage Therapist,  Active Licenses CO & IL, additional licenses held in the U.S. Virgin Islands & WI 

  • Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (BCTMB®)

  • VA CCN Provider

  • Member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA)

  • Continuing Education (CEU) - 400+ hours

  • CPR / AED Certified (Adult, Children, Infant)

  • Masters in Human Resources with a specialization in Organizational Learning & Performance

  • Bachelor of Science, Organizational Leadership with 12 undergraduate hours in A&P

  • Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (partial completed with a residency in neuro-counseling).

  • Cambridge CELTA - globally recognized teacher training program.

I am committed to our whole well-being. Each session is individualized to meet client needs. Communication is key.

I believe in embracing a growth mindset. Since everyone is on their own wellness journey, I enjoy creating content on various wellness topics. This gives people the freedom to explore what resonates with their personal path and encourages them to take charge of their own wellness journey.

Therapeutic massage therapy and bodywork is often thought of as a luxury. However, the AMTA reports 88% of individuals surveyed found massage therapy beneficial to their overall health and well-being.

A few ways in which therapeutic massage therapy and bodywork supports our health and well-being includes:

Session pricing is as follows:

30 minutes = $60

50 minutes = $75

60 minutes = $90

75 minutes = $110

90 minutes = $135​

​Credit Card payments via Square Mobile App

with an additional $5 fee per transaction.

​Sorry, personal checks are not accepted.​​​​

​Each session is individualized. Flat rates may include a multitude of modalities based on client needs.   

​

Intakes are required for each session and are included in the session time. If there are various concerns and/or conditions to discuss to ensure client well-being, you may want to consider a longer session time for your first appointment.
